TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Scheme is effective from 01/08/2024 - and will remain in force till it is withdrawn or cancelled by the Company.
  2. Scan QR code from your Outer box to get points.
  3. This Scheme is valid only on all Venus Innerwear Price List dated : 01/03/2024 , Venus Her Pricelist dated : 01/01/2024 , Inferno Pricelist Dated: 01/07/2024, Nitro Pricelist dated : 01/02/2024.
  4. For enrolment in this Scheme, submission of online enrolment form with supporting documents is mandatory and will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any enrolment in this Scheme is subject to approval of the company.
  5. Only Retailers can avail this scheme. Distributors, Wholesalers and Semi Wholesalers cannot enrol in this Scheme.
  6. Retailers can avail a maximum of 50 scan in a month per category (For Example : Venus Men’s Innerwear : 50 boxes, Venus Her : 50 boxes, Inferno : 50 boxes, Nitro : 50 boxes).
  7. The Company reserves the rights to cancel the enrolment or registration of any retailer and also the SUPER POINTS accumulated by them at any given point of time.
  8. The SUPER POINTS will be accumulated only on the purchase of products directly from the authorized Distributor/s of the company.
  9. SUPER POINTS under this Scheme are non-transferable to any other Retailer/ Person/ Entity and cannot be exchanged with credit note or cash or in any kind.
  10. It is on Company’s discretion to forfeit / cancel the points of any retailer if deemed fit.
  11. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, caused to Retailers due to withdrawal or change in the scheme.
  12. The brands for the Scheme will be of reputed companies like LG / Samsung / Panasonic / Godrej or like wise and in the event of unavailability of any Gift or otherwise, the Company reserves the right to substitute the same with some other gift of equivalent value / brand, at its sole discretion. The warranty of articles will be subject to the warranty given by the manufacturer. The company will not be liable for any further complaints.
  13. Images of Gifts shown in the Scheme document / Lux - Lyra Connect app are only for representation purpose and the actual colour / size of the same may vary. The Company's decision in this regard shall be final and binding on the Retailers and no dispute will be entertained. Brand, colour, features and specifications are at the sole discretion of the company.
  14. The company reserves the right to change any slab at any given point of time without any prior notice.
  15. The company will strictly check the invoice at time of redemption.
  16. Taxes, Visa charges and statutory levies, if any, on the Scheme benefits shall be borne by the Retailer.
  17. The gift(s) will be delivered within 30 working days from the date of the claim. However, the Company will not be responsible for delay in delivery of gift due to non-availability of stock or for any reason beyond its control. In case of any conflict, the Company's decision will be final and binding.
  18. Lux Industries Ltd. reserves its right to close / change the Scheme and it’s terms & conditions as mentioned herein at any time at its own discretion.
  19. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the honourable courts of Kolkata, irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Scheme is effective from 01/01/2024 - and will remain in force till it is withdrawn or cancelled by the Company. This scheme cancels / closes our previous scheme (CIR NO : EB-14 / 22-23).
  2. Please scan your coupon immediately after receiving them. Every coupon will get expired after 90 days from the date of issue.
  3. This Scheme is valid only on all Lyra Range and applicable on Core & Fashion Range pricelist dated 01/08/2023 and Lingerie Range pricelist dated 10.05.2023. This cancels all previous Schemes. The pricelist can be updated anytime.
  4. For enrolment in this Scheme, submission of online enrolment form with supporting documents is mandatory and will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any enrolment in this Scheme is subject to approval of the company.

  8. The Loyalty POINTS will be accumulated only on the purchase of products directly from the authorized Distributor/s of the company.
  9. The Retailer is eligible for a Loyalty Scratch Coupon on purchase of every 20 pcs of any Lyra Range products. The coupon will be issued only on the billed quantity.
  10. Loyalty POINTS under this Scheme are non-transferable to any other Retailer/ Person/ Entity and cannot be exchanged with credit note or cash or in any kind.
